    take solace in the fact that things could be worse
    you could be listening to Christmas carols in July
    making you crazy enough to think you saw Santa fly by
    now that I got the first line jitters out of the way
    it's time to come up with something cool to say
    first we have to agree on what's cool and what's not
    in the future, what's cool now might not be so hot
    so, depending on when you're listening to this, this might be a cool rhyme
    it partly depends on your frame of mind and your frame of time

    How can now not be the time
    that you are listening to my futuristic old school rhyme?
    that doesn't quite make sense but unfortunatley that's not a crime

    The next rhyme is so fresh it's words have not yet been invented
    as a place holder I'm going to use some rhymes that were rented

    i don't know where that last rhyme went
    i guess i forgot to pay the rent
    i'm pretty sure the check was sent
    while i look into it, there's a question i'd like you to ponder
    if you deduce the answer, shout me a holler over yonder

    i'm just glad that nothing went wrong
    except for that missing rhyme in the second verse
    at least i didn't get mad and curse
    as long as the kids and my grandma don't hear it
    cursing can be theraputical, there's no reason to fear it
